One thing I've really been enjoying in my reading on the Catholic faith and the Catholic Catechism is the parallelism between Eve and Mary, Adam and Jesus, the old and the new, the fallen and the raised. Today's Article on the "ever-new" blog is about the Annunciation (when Gabriel came to Mary to tell her she would be having Jesus).
We were never taught these kind of links between the OT and NT in Methodism.
